How long does it take for orders to be shipped out?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-4 business days of ordering; however, if we are backlogged we will note it on our home page. Our primary mail carrier is USPS, which usually takes up to 4-14 business days to deliver (thereafter). Please be aware that USPS is currently backed up on shipments due to the holiday season—this means your order may be delayed in arrival.
Estimated transit times are shown when you are selecting the shipping method at checkout, these are transit estimates once the item ships and leaves our warehouse. This is only an estimate of the length of time the package will take to get to you once it ships.
We do not have availability for any local pick-up.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages but will work with you to make it right. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering.
Where can I find my order confirmation and tracking information?
All order confirmation and shipment notifications will be emailed to you at the email provided when you placed your order. Add us to your contacts and please be sure to check your spam folder if you aren’t seeing your order confirmation email.
How often do you restock?
We try to restock frequently and we will make an announcement (through Instagram or email) for big website and product updates. Updates usually occur on the weekend. If a product you are interested in is out of stock or not available, feel free to contact us so we can get your item back in stock. Also, sign up for email updates so you are notified when it comes back and of other new product updates!
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
When you shop with us you can be sure our crystals are sourced consciously and with care. We try to ensure that all our crystals are ethically and legitimately sourced. We work with small, honest, family-owned businesses. Since there is a lot that goes into mining, we cannot fully guarantee that all crystals are sourced ethically. We source our stones and crystals from many countries such as Brazil, Madagascar, Peru, Morocco, Mexico, the U.S., India, Egypt, Afghanistan, and more.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time. We will update our website when International Shipping becomes available.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds?
No, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds. If an issue arises regarding your items, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Are your crystals and stones real?
All of our stones and crystals are genuine and one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated, such as man-made or synthetic stones (example: Opalite) which will always be disclosed in the product description. We hand-select all our items to ensure you receive a quality end product.
