Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds. If an issue arises regarding your items purchased, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt.

Shipping

Most in-stock items ship within 1-4 business days of ordering; however, if we are backlogged we will note it on our home page. Our primary mail carrier is USPS, which usually takes up to 4-14 business days to deliver (thereafter). Please be aware that USPS is currently backed up on shipments due to the holiday season—this means your order may be delayed in arrival. 

Estimated transit times are shown when you are selecting the shipping method at checkout. These are transit estimates once the item ships and leaves our warehouse. This is only an estimate of the length of time the package will take to get to you once it ships.

DELIVERY: We ship to the address entered at checkout that is listed in the order confirmation. Please make sure and double-check that your address is correct.
